1. What was your motivation to write a book about character?
2. Most other books written on the topic of character come from more of a religious perspective, but you decided to write this book from more of a business perspective. Why?
3. What do you feel has caused the decay of character in society?
4. Can you give a couple examples of people and/or businesses that you feel are lacking the character traits that you discuss in the book?
5. What can we do as individuals to help rebuild our society with a stronger foundation of character?
6. How about a couple examples of people and/or businesses that you feel possess good character traits?
7. On page 50, you talk about Rosa Parks and her conviction of character, will you elaborate a bit more on that?
8. On page 48, you listed a quote from former US President Woodrow Wilson. Even though he wrote those words 100 years ago - it is shocking how appropriate they pertain to many of today's situations. Let's talk a bit more about President Wilson's words.
